Hope you and your family had a great weekend.  Elisa and I had a fantastic weekend in Charlotte with our NBA friends and thank Sha B for the awesome lower lever seats.  It was fun just hanging out with my queen, people watching and watching some high flying, backboard shattering NBA action.

Our OU women's team won our 20th game of the season (20-5) and our seniors balled out.  Such a pleasure and honor to be a part of a great program with great kids and parents.  And, then I was surprised by three former Emory players after our OU game (Lauren, Mikala and Dumebi)....they made my heart smile and gave me the best, most loving hugs ever.

Give someone a hug and some love today.

Today's Prayer
My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.
                      2 CORINTHIANS 12:9

KC-isms
11) Don't postpone joy
12) Make new friends each week, but love and cherish your old ones
13) Donate blood to a blood bank at least once a year
14) Treat everyone you meet with respect
15) In a fight, hit first and hit hard (just sayin)

Love you for reading my blog!

Was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer on July 18, 2018 which may have crushed someone's soul and spirit.  However, it did the opposite, as I already knew GOD had claimed my victory over this disease and was using me as an instrument to others who suffer from this deadly disease.
