Hello,
It's been a few days since I last posted, and I apologize for that. Although, the cancer is almost all removed from my body, I have experienced physical and emotional challenges. Everyday is like a roller coaster filled with discomfort, sometimes pain, sleepless nights, mental challenges and more. I am physically getting stronger each day, but still have the radiation side effects. This week has been my most challenging emotional week, as the effects of having cancer finally caught up to me. Every television show I watch has someone dying of cancer or being diagnosed with cancer. The emotional effects this disease plays on your mind can be very challenging and disruptive to your daily life style. But, I understand, In life, we all have ups and downs. There are days/weeks/months that are more difficult than others, seasons of testing, trials and temptation where our character is being developed and our faith in God is being strengthened. Sometimes it can feel like we are taking three steps forward and four steps backward. If we’re not careful, we’ll start thinking that life is always going to be this way. Even in our awesome seasons, we’ll start looking for things to go wrong. God doesn’t want us to live life like a roller coaster. He wants to bring us to a place of stability where we remain strong in Him. If we will just keep abiding in Him, just keep meditating on His Word, He’ll bring us through. He’ll make us strong, He’ll keep us stable, and we will keep moving forward into the life of blessing He has prepared for us! I want to thank Coach Domville, Centennial High School Head Coach, and Centennial HS administration, staff and students for bringing awareness to this dreaded disease at their basketball games tonight and for honoring all of us that have gone through this cancer crap. Yall are loved and appreciated. Love you for reading my blog!

Everything might not be stable; unexpected things might happen; but as long as you have your faith, you will never be ,misaligned with all the plans that you have in your mind. The battle is still far from over, but you are moving forward and you need to honor your progress! You've been doing great that's why you need to focus on that. One day, you will look back and going to realize what you had been through because you are stronger that who you are before!

AuthorWas diagnosed with Prostate Cancer on July 18, 2018 which may have crushed someone's soul and spirit. However, it did the opposite, as I already knew GOD had claimed my victory over this disease and was using me as an instrument to others who suffer from this deadly disease. Archives
